Feature your app with SnapTrade
Exposure, credibility and links that drive traffic.
An App Spotlight puts your app in front of SnapTrade's fintech and investing audience.
You get a published article, LinkedIn post, and links to your product that keep sending readers, search engines and AI assistants your way.
We write and produce it. You share the details, review the draft, and we publish.
Submitting your app does not guarantee selection, publication or promotion.
App Spotlight
How your app helps investors do more with their brokerage accounts
- The problem your team set out to solve
- Who the app helps, and how it works
- The role SnapTrade plays behind the scenes
What is a SnapTrade App Spotlight?
We feature selected commercial partners using SnapTrade to create useful investing and financial-technology experiences.
A SnapTrade App Spotlight is an editorial feature about an app using SnapTrade.
It focuses on the problem the app solves, the people it helps, how the experience works and the role SnapTrade plays behind the scenes.
Selected App Spotlights may be published on the SnapTrade website and promoted through LinkedIn or other SnapTrade channels.
What selected partners may receive
Depending on the app, story and our publishing plans, an App Spotlight may include:
- An article published on the SnapTrade website
- Promotion through SnapTrade’s LinkedIn account
- A co-branded graphic featuring your logo
- Links directing readers to your app or website
- An opportunity to introduce your app to SnapTrade’s fintech and investing audience
The exact content, timing and promotion package may vary.
What types of apps do we feature?
We consider apps across a range of investing and financial-technology categories, including:
- AI-powered investing and investment research
- Portfolio tracking and analysis
- Consumer fintech
- Wealth-management technology
- Investment tax and reporting
- Brokerage trading experiences
- Financial planning
- Options and advanced-investing tools
- Other apps using brokerage connectivity or investment-account data
These examples are not exhaustive. If your app uses SnapTrade in an interesting way, we would like to hear about it.
How the App Spotlight process works
From your first short form to the published article and its promotion, here is what to expect.
- 1
Tell us about your app
Complete a short form explaining what your app does, who it helps and how it uses SnapTrade.
- 2
SnapTrade reviews the opportunity
Our team considers your app’s relevance, readiness and fit with our current publishing priorities.
- 3
Selected partners receive the App Spotlight Kit
If we decide to move forward, we send you a private kit and content form. It explains what information, metrics and media to prepare.
- 4
SnapTrade creates the content
Our team turns your submission into an article, LinkedIn post and, where applicable, a co-branded graphic.
- 5
Your team reviews the draft once
We send the completed draft to your designated review contact for one review round.
Your team can correct factual details, clarify product information and request reasonable edits during this review.
- 6
SnapTrade finalizes and publishes
After the requested edits are made, SnapTrade finalizes, schedules and publishes the content.
We will share the live links once the App Spotlight is published.
- 7
Share the App Spotlight with your audience
Once the App Spotlight is live, we ask your team to help amplify it by sharing the article or resharing SnapTrade’s LinkedIn post with your audience.
This helps both teams extend the reach of the feature and introduce your app to more people.
What we need if your app is selected
We will ask for:
- A short explanation of your app and intended users
- The problem your team wanted to solve
- A simple example of how the app works
- Details about how SnapTrade supports the experience
- Real questions or phrases your users commonly use
- At least one quote, when possible
- Specific results or metrics, when available
- A transparent light or white version of your logo
- Screenshots, product images or video
- Optional captions or explanations for media
- Product, website and social links
- A primary review contact
We provide the complete list before you begin the content form so your team has time to prepare.
A simple link back to SnapTrade
If your app is selected for a SnapTrade App Spotlight, we’ll ask you to include a relevant link to SnapTrade on your website as part of the feature.
This does not need to be a new article or a large project. Simple options include:
- Adding a short “Powered by SnapTrade” or “Brokerage connectivity provided by SnapTrade” line
- Adding SnapTrade to an existing partners, integrations or technology page
- Including a short mention on an existing product, help or announcement page
- Adding a link in another relevant place on your website
We’ll provide suggested wording and a simple framework you can use. Any link should be accurate, useful and placed naturally.
