Build something with SnapTrade
Create a free SnapTrade Personal account and build a project using brokerage data.
We'll select 3 student projects to feature on SnapTrade.com and LinkedIn - giving you a public project you can add to your resume, portfolio, or LinkedIn.
The top project will also get a 1:1 conversation with SnapTrade's CEO, Brendan Wood, to talk about your project, fintech, startups, careers, or whatever would be most useful to you.
Submit your project by Friday, October 9.
What you can build
Build anything online that uses SnapTrade in a meaningful way.
It doesn't need to be huge or overly polished.
We care more about whether it's useful, interesting, and makes good use of SnapTrade.
For example:
- An investing app
- A portfolio dashboard
- A CLI tool
- An automation
- A visualization
- An AI-powered experience
- A tracker or analysis tool
- Something we haven’t thought of yet
Build with real or simulated brokerage data
Your free SnapTrade Personal account gives you a way to start building with SnapTrade.
Have an investment account?
Connect your own brokerage account and build using your investment data.
Don’t have an investment account?
No problem.
Use the SnapTrade Sandbox to build and test with simulated brokerage accounts and investment data instead.
Prefer working from the terminal?
You can build a CLI-based project too. Your submission should add something of your own, not just demonstrate the existing SnapTrade CLI.
